These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you and Navigabrodo ("Kentucky Fiber Company LLC", "Company," "we," or "us") governing your use of our IP over Broth (IPoB) telecommunications services. Please read these terms carefully. By accessing or using Navigabrodo services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Navigabrodo provides high-speed internet connectivity through proprietary IP over Broth (IPoB) technology. Services are delivered via food-grade tubing infrastructure connected to municipal systems and maintained at regulated temperatures and viscosity levels. The service is characterized by:

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
Navigabrodo provides proprietary "Soup Tureen" gateway hardware with each subscription. This equipment remains the property of Navigabrodo and must be:
Equipment damage due to misuse, neglect, or failure to follow safety guidelines will result in replacement fees. We are not responsible for third-party equipment or routers connected to our gateway.
Broth is delivered at 165°F (73.9°C) for optimal packet transmission and food safety. Users agree to:
Navigabrodo is not liable for thermal burns, injuries, or property damage resulting from improper handling of equipment or service connections.
You agree not to use Navigabrodo services for:
Violations of this policy may result in service suspension or termination without refund.
Service fees are billed monthly in advance according to your selected plan. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days' written notice. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file. All taxes and regulatory fees are your responsibility. Failure to pay may result in service suspension.
Navigabrodo commits to 99.99% uptime availability measured monthly. Scheduled maintenance windows are excluded. In the event of service outages exceeding the SLA commitment, customers may request service credits according to the following schedule:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NAVIGABRODO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR PROFITS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Navigabrodo, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
Either party may terminate service with 30 days' written notice. We may terminate immediately for violations of acceptable use policy or non-payment. Upon termination, you must return all Navigabrodo equipment and pay any outstanding charges.
Navigabrodo reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with 30 days' notice. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kentucky. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Jefferson County, Kentucky.
